Shipping Information:
WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES ONLY! You will be offered two shipping choices during check-out.
(1) ECONOMY - USPS means that for a flat rate we will ship your order to you via the U.S. Postal Service using either Parcel or Priority Mail, depending on the costs. If you choose ECONOMY, your package will arrive within 2 weeks. Flat Rate Shipping means you pay one price for the shipping of your entire order, regardless of quantity of items. Currently, our flat rate charge is $6.00 per order shipping within the Continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico orders will incur additional shipping fees). Our flat rate shipping costs less than most other online retailers. This offers a built in discount for larger orders -- Twisted Palms Island Boutique pays the additional shipping costs.

AK,HI,PR - $9.00
(2) UPS Ground means that your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and the charge to you will depend on the amount of your order. The UPS Ground rates are as follows:
$0 - $20.00 = $9.00
$20.01 - $35.00 = $10.00
$35.01 - $60.00 = $11.00
$60.01 and greater = $12.00
Packages shipped via UPS Ground arrive 2-5 days after they are shipped, and you will be given an arrival date by UPS when your order ships.
(We no longer offer shipment to Canada. If you are a Canadian customer, please contact Twisted Palms and we will discuss shipment terms with you).

Additional shipping charges apply if you need expedited shipping.
FREE SHIPPING:
All orders of $100.00 or more (pre-tax) will receive free shipping via USPS. (Orders within the U.S. only).
Processing:
In stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Many "Economy" shipping rate orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; however, some large orders or heavy items may be shipped Parcel. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for your order if you select ECONOMY. Priority Mail items usually will arrive to you within 2-3 days of shipment. Parcel Post items arrive anywhere from 2-9 days of being shipped. If items are not in stock it can take up to 7-10 business days, plus 3-4 days for processing and shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
If you have a special deadline for your order, place your order online then Email Us with that information with your order number (orders@twistedpalms.com). Expedited Shipping may be available for in stock items. Place your order online before 2pm Eastern Time then have your order number ready when Contacting Us about availability online or by phone at 281-541-2983.
Please Note: Our website does not at present provide information whether an item is in stock.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Twisted Palms Island Boutique is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns:
Returns may be made up to 30 days for a full refund. Returns made after 30 days may be assessed a restocking fee. Returned products must be in new and unused condition. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. Returned items in unacceptable condition will be assessed a restocking fee. Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defective product. No item may be returned after the expiration of 60 days from the date an order was placed.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are also accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. Exchange shipping charges will be applied to credit card used when placing order.
Special Orders:
If you need to return a "special order item" (an item that was customized for you or a discontinued item), please contact us before returning.
Shipping Errors:
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event Twisted Palms made an error, we will correct the error with no additional shipping cost to you. Please carefully check all information you enter when placing an order online, and double check all information is correct in the confirmation email that you receive. We are not responsible for any problems arising from your providing us with incorrect information. Please also note we have done our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on this web site. Our colors may vary slightly. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and video card settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Returns and Exchanges - Details
You may return any item purchased from Twisted Palms Island Boutique by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions below, insure the package, and mail it to:
